One specific registered copy of MyDiary may be used personally by the single person registered to use it on one or more computers.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement.

In no event shall the software designer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this software.
